I meant the one that's still going on. XD I really like that story, and all the things that make the serious moments funny.

XD It's ok.
>.< And, that actually wasn't supposed to be the end of that chapter. There were supposed to be two more scenes, but I decided to end it there, to keep it as short as possible. And I really suck at 'cliffhangers', so, I tried to make the beginning of the third chapter make the end of the second chapter fit in.

(thanks guys smile.gif this one I wrote in a random english lesson when it was a cover and they had no idea what to do so we had to write a story.)

It was a bright Saturday afternoon. Sally and Jack were playing football in the local park; they were having a great time. The grass was a lush green and the birds were twittering in the tree tops. It was blissful harmony, jack and sally decided to go home for dinner, as they walked home the sun was setting on the horizon dying the sky a fiery red colour. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day. It took them a long time to get home but the calm walk home was what made sally happy the most knowing that she was the most luckiest girl alive, she had what every girl wants , a home and a loving family. Jack on the other hand had a deep dark secret, that no one not even his sister sally knew, Jack being 6 years older than sally knew the deep truths behind all she believed to be good. Yet he never told sally as she was an innocent 9 year old and she was too young to understand yet so he kept it to himself but secretly knowing that before long sally would find out.
At home their mum was making their tea in the kitchen. Their dad was not yet home from work yet. Jack and sally went and put their football away in the shed, went upstairs and cleaned their hands, went downstairs and set the table ready for their dad to come home and have tea with them. Sally noticed the worried look on her mothers face so as an innocent child she asked “Mum what is worrying you?”
Her mum gave nothing but a sigh as a reply so sally asked jack what was up with her mum but he also gave no reply. Their dad came through the door with a big smile on his face. Seeing the look on his wife’s face asked what was up but she gave no reply so he told jack and sally to go to bed now. So jack and sally went upstairs to bed and their dad came and tucked them in.
Sally awoke in the night to the sound of crying and crashing around she was scared so crept out of bed and went over to Jacks room and pushed open the door and woke him up and told him that she was scared and didn’t know what was going on so jack knew very well what was going on but didn’t tell sally as he didn’t want to scare her and comforted her till she eventually went back to sleep, jack on the other hand didn’t want to go back to sleep in fear for sally, so he lay beside her so she knew he had not left her and slowly drifted off. Jack woke up early in the morning and crept out of bed and downstairs and found his mum on the floor in a pile of broken glass and shards of the door which had been smashed up. Now jack knew sally wouldn’t awaken for a while at least till 10. So he cleaned up as best he could and woke up his mum and asked if she was alright but her mouth had been cut open and she had a thick lip so found it hard to talk so jack took his mum upstairs and cleaned her up and put her to bed. Now his dad was no where to be found but knew exactly where he was so he went back upstairs to check up on sally, she was sleeping soundly in bed.
Later that day sally awoke and went downstairs, jack had spent all morning cleaning up and fixing the door as best he could. Sally hadn’t forgot about last night and wanted to know but jack refused to tell her.

That was good.
And, it's true. Children don't ever understand how bad thinks can get.

>.< I finished chapter three...It's kind of short. Part of me wishes I'd just continued chapter two and added this onto it. Oh well. XD

[Goddammit I haven't continued this story in nearly forever. This part was going to be a lot longer but because of all the RPs and the stories I've got on my plate, I had to settle for less.]

[Nat; I'm really liking your story. I got a little lost at some points, like the whole vampire thing at first. But almost immediately after I started to catch on a little. Looking forward to seeing more.]

[Lycan; I'm intrigued by your story. It's left wide open, leaves me wanting to know more. Looking forward to more of that.]

---------------------------
[Meanwhile, back at Jinx Town with Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum...]

Ten minutes after Wally called it in, forensic techs and detectives were all over the warehouse. Pekwarsky was knelt over a pool of blood that was randomly placed in the room without a body. Jonas was standing close to what he could say was the center between a trio of scattered bodies. He placed his hands on his hips as he looked around at the three corpses.

Wally stood up from the blood and looked above him. Sure enough, there was another body. He looked back at Jonas, expecting some kind of an answer. He only came back with a confused look and a shrug. He didn't have an anything to say either. "What the f-u-u-uck? What in the hell happened here?"
"'ell if I know, Pek."
"I count...nine bodies. All of them armed, wearing street clothes."

Jonas waved his partner over to him and pointed down at one of the bodies. "Nicked with small arms fire all over his body. Finished off with a knife wound to the throat." He then brought Wally's attention to the other two bodies in front of him. "But both of these guys were taken down one shot each. Both shot to the head."

Wally cocked his head at the two bodies, then glanced at the last one. He pointed to the two with the head shots. "Good shooting," he labeled them off then pointed at the last one, "poor shooting."
Jonas was about to assume that there was another shooter but he caught himself, remember that the cause of death. "Human shield?"
"That's what I was thinking. Where were the other three bodies?"

"Well, there's the one outside on the landing, one by the control panel...these three."
"Then there's the one on the catwalk back there,"
"That makes six. I saw one by the back exit and," he looked upward to see a body laying on the skylight, streaks of blood washing down the angled window, "...one up there. I think the techs said the last guy was found out in the grass n' weeds somewhere outside."

Wally rested a hand on his holster again. "He must've made a break from whatever was coming down on this place."
"I can't think of any reason a thug would start running when he's got eight more armed to the teeth backing him up."
"Hehe. Maybe this place is cursed after all. Eh, Pek?" Wally shot a glance at Jonas that clearly said he wasn't in a joking mood. "Oh fooking laugh for once, man. You're all wound up like a spring."

"I'm working myself to evaluate a multiple homicide involving nine corpses...on an empty stomach."

One of the techs looked up from a blood spatter pattern on the floor. "You guys could go for now if you want to talk about it someplace else. We've got the area secured and covered."

Officer van Wyk patted Wally on the shoulder. Pekwarsky finally managed to chuckle a bit. "Let's eat, baas."

(Thankies Oro :3 but in all truth, I have a almost disorder, I will write something and unless I have enough inspiration to continue it, 9 times out of 10 I will never finish it, that was one of them...a story that will most likely never be finished..and left to the readers imagination to finish tongue.gif )

( I found this in the depths of my many notebooks, from summer 2004..so at the time I was 8/9 so sorry if it isn't to good...and it's untitled and unfinished...because I forgot about it, and can't remember what was supposed to happen as it was ages ago lol.)

All alone she wept knowing that all was not good even though everyone knew it wasn't they told her it was.She had gone up to her room to be alone, that was best. Her silent tears fell down her cheeks, so nobody could hear her. She wanted to stay alone.

She was fed up of all the lies, she always trusted her family but they never returned her trust. She wished that everything would sort itself out. She knew her mum wished it too. Christmas was drawing closer and if the problem was not sorted out, then all would be ruined. So she crept down the stairs, pulled on her wellies and put her winter coat on, grabbed her bag, got out, and shut the door behind her, and ran until she got to the park, then stopped to catch her breath. Then continued walking until she got to the snowy fell, as more snow began to fall. She started to climb and then dissapeared behind the waterfall, this way she was out of sight if she had been followed. She wasnt to worried now, because the fresh snow would cover most of her newest tracks.

She heard a snap, she edgily moved toward the back of her little cave, which she had never told anyone about and prayed no one had heard her go out,she heard a voice calling her name.
"Sally?, Where are you Sal?" Asked the voice. She recognised it straight away , she gasped someone had followed her,it was her little sister Megan,
she replied "Go home You'll never find me"
"Sal, is that you?" Megan asked
"Yes its me just go home before the goblins get you" Sally Screeched.
"Sal, where are you, I'm scared, I wont tell mum, I promise" Megan pleaded with her
"Last time, you said that, as soon as we got home, you went and told, why should I trust you?" Sally enquired.
"Because I'm your sister and you should trust me" Megan said, feeling rather hurt.
"fine, I'm behind the fell" Sally said, regretting it as soon as she had said it.

20 minutes passed and Megan still hadn't got to Sally.

"MEGAN!" she screamed, still no answer, "MEGAN, where are you?" Still no answer.Luckily the snow, had stopped, so she climbed down and Megans footprints led toward home, she knew exactly where she had gone. She had gone home to tell, so Sally climbed up a tree to hide, she heard footsteps, as she continued to climb higher, then the footsteps suddenly stopped. She listened closely and heard a voice
"Sal, where are you? I went to get help" Megan asked.
"Megan, you promised, I hate you!" Sally screemed back.
"Come on Sal, you don't mean that" Said another voice, she knew who it was.
"Well, I do, and I hate you as well" Sally replied
"Hate, is such a strong word" They said.
"Well you would say that cos you're a freak!"She Shouted.
"Don't be so cheeky! You are so grounded when you get home"Her mother replied
"Well I aint coming home yet , so you shouldn't worry cos nothings wrong like, you always say" Sally Said, tears began to stream down her face.
"You know its not like that Sal, I can't cure it over night" her mum said, knowing that she should have been honest with her.
"Shut up!" Megan shouted to Sally.
"If I come down, will you leave me?" Sally asked her mother
" If that is what you desire" Her mother replied.

Sally climbed back down the tree, and ran all the way home, so she could lock herself in her room, before her mum changed her mind. She made it, ran up the stairs, and locked her bedroom door behind her. She put her bag in her draw, thats when she noticed something was missing...

Yeah, Immo. Your writing kicks ass. I could never write the way you can with settings like your story about the slave trade. That's some powerful work. lol I don't know what you're talking about.

The fuck off was to a spam bot called autodia, who's comment was then removed. Sorry, my bad, wasn't to you, Natt.

-.-Geez guys, take the complement already. The slavery essay was done with teacher supervision, so it kinda had to be good.

On that note:
------------
Then the white men and women came, and stared at us, pointing and whispering. They looked at lists, before the slave traders, merchants as we were supposed to call them, would open the pens, and show us. We were poked and prodded, lifted, tossed around, we had our health inspected. Finally, a tall white man with black hair purchased me. Several of us, men, women, and children were brought to this huge barren farm. He set us to work, planting crops, and supervisors watched us, carrying long whips. I grew up here, knowing there was nothing I could do.

Every day, after work, I would return to my small hut, which I shared with an elderly woman, and collected my hunting equipment. Our food supply was meagre, so I secretly went hunting with a few others. We almost never caught anything apart from a few rabbits, because we weren’t allowed any form of weapon. But, over time, we made crude spears with rocks and sticks. These weapons, we often left in the forest, so the inspectors wouldn’t find them. When we returned, usually with a rabbit each, the old lady who had adopted me happened to be a great chef as well as the local black healer, and would make us a decent stew. After that we would sleep, and she would wake at 5 am to make breakfast at the bighouse. At 6.30 am I was expected to be on the field harvesting. The only excuse was to be at death’s door, which the inspectors would check. We kept working until lunch, where we received a break and some water. Then we returned to work. If we fell, there was extreme whipping.

The only release was the Sunday morning church services which started at 4.30 am so all the slaves could participate. A white priest would come and teach us their religion, and it was very serious, unlike our own personal worships. We would sing very slow and low songs, one which spoke of the healing of man. The priest would then pray for us, that we would end our sinful lives, and begin afresh. I’m sure he didn’t expect us to take his words so literally.
The other thing we experienced to do with religion was at night, we would meet in the forest, and dance, sing and play merry. The elder people would tell tales of the countries with lions, gazelles, and a large, yellow sun. Occasionally there was drumming, but we had to keep it quiet. The master agreed that this was acceptable, as long as it was in our own time, we didn’t disturb anyone else, and it did not disrupt the rest of our work. We sung songs from each of our own community, learning languages I had never even heard of.
Once, a man tried to run away. He was working at the edge of the field, and when the supervisors changed, he made a break for it, fleeing into the trees. He was chased down by blood hounds, brought home, and used as an example, allowing the afore mentioned bloodhounds to maul him to pieces in front of us.
However, at twelve, I made a mistake.
It was a very small one. I had been harvesting the cotton, but I got a grass cut, and bled on a cotton bud or two. A supervisor, another too fond of the whip, whipped me mercilessly, till my back was red with blood. I lost my balance, and fell into the pile of cotton buds to be brought to another part of the plantation, staining them red, making them unusable. The supervisor roared insults at me as he gripped my ear and dragged me to the whipping post, before tying my hands to it, leaving me at his mercy. Not that he showed that he had any. His whipping was brutal, and pain engulfed me, but I remained silent. Then the whip sliced my wrist so he and I could see the bone. Promptly, I threw up, before the blackness around the edges of my vision made me blind, and I knew nothing else for a while.

(If any of my OOC comments before hand came off as bitchy/snappy, I'm sorry again, alot of stress at home.)

[this is the begining of something I'm writeing, tell me what u think and if I should keep going on it cuz idk right now.]

Erebella Cooper didn‘t quiet know what she was getting into when she pulled open the back door of the old ware house.
She was wearing straight legged jeans, a black tank top and over that a faded purple hooded sweater. Her eyes where a somewhat golden color with little flecks of almost neon blue swimming in them. Her lips where small, as was her nose and her hair was a dark brown almost black. But, if you looked at it in the right light it almost looked purple. She was only seventeen, but sometimes looked like she could have been in her early twenties. Her old worn out converse scuffed the cement floor as she took her first steps into the ware house. It was cold and the way the mold on the walls seemed to move sent chills crawling up her spine, she shivered.
Era, that’s what she called herself, was the only person left in her family that bore the name Cooper. She didn’t like it as much as she should have but it suited her, for the time being. Looking around she saw that nothing in this god forsaken place looked remotely normal. There where claws of dead animals, Skins and furs, things in jars, little stones that seemed to glow as she walked past them, books, some big some small but all covered in a thick layer of dust.
Great! And what am I supposed to do with all this junk?!
She thought as she pulled down a large brown book with a silver lock. The cover read,
THE BLACK CAT’S MAJIC BOOK.
“Era darling!”
Era jumped hearing her grandfathers voice behind her.

(sorry for double post...but I think you guys might like this)

Stalking Mary - New and Improved Version.

She ran across the plains as fast as she could slipping and sliding on the muddy and wet grass, she knew someone was following they had been for awhile no matter how hard she tried she just couldn’t seem to lose them, it was like those cops and robbers shows you saw on T.V only more real. She was scared. No one knew about her stalker, and now she seemed trapped. There was nowhere to hide and it was dark. The silhouettes of trees and the moon’s eerie light seeped into the night air, the air was as cold as ice, chilling her to the bone.
She hadn't ever been this scared in her life. She found a small ditch and hid, she stayed there trying to recapture
her breath without being heard, she had to stay silent, her life seemed to depend on it, what was she going to do? , there was no one she could go to for help. She heard footsteps inching closer and closer then abruptly come to a halt, they seemed close, too close. Her heart was racing as though fighting to come first place in a track event and she felt as though it was about to burst into the night, leaving her body in the dust, as though it planned to keep going and going. She thought about everything all at once, it was enough to give anyone a headache, but not her; she managed to keep up the silence and recapture her breath from running so fast.
No one would have noticed if she had been killed that night, she had no friends, her family had disowned her, she was alone...usually it hadn’t bothered her, but it was now that she wished she had someone, just anyone to save her.

She walked home, through the darkness, all alone. People passed her in the street not even noticing her as though she was invisible to the eyes of anyone, except her stalker in pursuit. She longed to have something like everyone else, but she was different and knew it. She dragged her heels all the way home, as she got in, she noticed something not right, almost out of place, but she shrugged it off and went into her room, lifelessly dropping out of her clothes, laying in bed, thinking about that nights events, slowly falling into a deep sleep. Everything she did now was half hearted and lifelessly done.

That morning her phone rang out telling her it was time to get up, From First to last’s - Ride the Wings of Pestilence echoed through the empty house, she looked at her phone, 3 text messages all from a private number. They all said something like "I'm getting closer and your time is up" She was really scared now, and there was no one for her to talk to about it or even confide in, sure there was the social and the police, but she had no evidence, and they wouldn’t be bothered anyway, they never did. She stayed alone in the empty house ever since there was the fire there, and her parents had perished, she was only 17 now, and it seemed not so long ago, she was hiding in her wardrobe away from the heat of the flames. They had tried to sell the house, but no one
would buy it, it was as though it was haunted, that thought made Mary giggle. She decided to have a shower, get
ready and go into the town, not that she could buy anything. So as the Christmas season began, she noticed the town
getting busier people milling about like ants. She hated it, well and truly, alone and it felt just like any other
day to Mary.
