Everything can remain private to the people that post here, people are posting what turns them on because they want to. Hell, people read this because they want to so they have to be at least curious about what turns other people on to even click this thread.I feel that this entire discussion is completely inappropriate, it is so demeaning to inform the entire world of your pathetic sexual desires. Can nothing remain private anymore?
Don't you find it tiring to be so sexually closed off that you can't even share one, small thing about your sexuality? (Unless you're asexual, which is okay too) I understand some people's reservations about telling total strangers what gets them going, but personally I find that more of an advantage of saying it than a disadvantage, as it's less embarrassing to post something personal online than to divulge it to someone close to you who may not agree with what turns you on. Hell, if you read this and look through other people's responses and find your desires match (or are similar to) someone else's, it can be comforting and make that person feel less odd about what turns them on.
In short, fuck off.

I enjoy an active sex life, but I do not believe "turn ons" should be considered an appropriate topic of discussion. As an analogy, we do not discuss defecation; both defecation and sex are completely natural, but I am of the opinion that both should remain quite private. I think it's a matter of dignity.Everything can remain private to the people that post here, people are posting what turns them on because they want to. If there was a topic about defecation and I saw the title "rate my poo" or "what do your feces look like?" I'd ignore it because I don't want to talk about that. It falls under common sense really, I'd have thought.I enjoy an active sex life, but I do not believe "turn ons" should be considered an appropriate topic of discussion. This forum in itself is titled "gender and sexuality" and it's main purpose is to help people who are sexually confused, don't feel comfortable with themselves and want to discuss things they don't feel they can in real life. If you don't deem it appropriate, that's fine, but to slate everyone for divulging things about their sexual preferences and take some sort of higher ground because you're too closed off to type about it, that's not okay and it makes you look a fool.
I do, however, support the fact that you shouldn't divulge other people's sexual preferences or turn ons out of respect, if they don't want to tell anyone else about that kind of thing, it shouldn't be anyone else's place to tell people. Talking about your own preferences is fine because it's not forced, it's not a rule to post here and it can be beneficial (as I've mentioned before).

My opinion is simply different to yours. I also feel that a person might look at their posts here in years to come and be shocked at the kind of things they revealed about themselves. Perhaps I feel this way simply because I am older and have the experience of having certain regrets, I have made mistakes in the past and have learned from them.If there was a topic about defecation and I saw the title "rate my poo" or "what do your feces look like?" In short, don't act like an old fart, you're only 25. "You get that off, you turn that off, you stop doing this, you stop doing that ..."
We have 30 years old on EC'ers and they're fun to hang out with. They don't take things too seriously, they understand common sense and most of all, they aren't pretentious.

I'm just gonna stick to my girlfriend, but thanks for the "advice"
And it wasn't advice. Merely a reply to the topic.

Please tell me you're wearing a top hat and a monocle as you post this kind of stuff, oh man the amount of win that would be.

What drives me insane, is when girls wear red lipstick. I don't know why. And collar bones, shoulders, and the neck. In general the female body. I find it a lot more interesting with the soft curves. If I can see a girls collar bones and she has red lipstick on as well... well fuck me sideways.
With guys, also collar bones, shoulders, the neck, and also the hip bones. When they have a sleepy voice, that also drives me insane.

Kiss it, bite it, whatever. That turns me on so bad. I don't know why. It's just my weak spot.
As for on others.. a girl with a cute face and long hair is so sexy... I love a guy with piercings.. especially lip. Mmmmm :3
