I think that burrito came back to haunt me. But nothing much.

Legalise all drugs - If a junkie can get a controlled clean fix from the government, crime rates would plummet so dramatically you wouldn't believe it and they wouldn't be using our tax money on medical treatments.

It was a submission to something called future shocks and it was called "Umbrella Men" and about a team of elite mercenaries with a distinctly british feel. Sort of imagine the penguins arsenal meets John Steed from the Avengers.
