Lightning looked at Hana as they opened the door "Hopefully until we can come out of hiding safely...I mean, I'm sure the hospital will think we all died in the buscrash" she whispered so she wouldn't wake Natsume or Rachel. She looked back at Hana "No excuse, but what's gone is gone I guess" She added, then looked at Hana .. "I'll go find some dry clothes for them both. Keep an eye on Rachel will you?" She asked as she set off upstairs in search of clean, dry clothing. None of it would fit, but it was better than being wet. Whilst they washed and dried the clothing. Lightning thought it would be a good idea to just bring loads of clothing down for everyone so she just grabbed everything that was in the wardrobe in what used to be her and Jake's room. She sighed as she closed the door behind her. There were so many memories she hoped to forget from this house.

Siobhan rolled her eyes at Hajime " I'm not gonna just leave you to be killed... If it even comes to that. Besides, if they kill me... My parents would come looking...... Eventually" she added onto the end and when she saw the people carrying the unconcious body she wondered why someone would want to kill people. She'd remembered all these people on the news when she was younger, but none of them seemed to be that unstable and dangerous. She thought to herself. Then nodded and followed Hajime up the stairs after the 3 others.

Drew helped Rigel carry Kitsune up the stairs, completely not noticing the two teenagers whom had seemingly been caught up in this mess. He didn't know who they were... But right now, he had to focus on making sure Kitsune woke up.. And hopefully soon.

Krista rolled her eyes, she'd have argued, but she'd already gotten him to agree to come back to the house. Surely none of them would actually try to kill Gem.

Jake went into the lounge and watched from afar as Lightning and Hana tended to the kids, just watching Rachel sleep was something he thought he'd never witness.

Jase had followed Drew, Rigel and Kitsune up the stairs, behind the two teens whom had somehow gotten involved. Obviously, they wanted rid of them as quick as possible.. They'd only come to cause more trouble if their parents came looking for them.

Kit had stayed close behind Hana, she wanted to give him and Natsume time together.
As they got to the house she went to the junk closet and got some of Hana's old cloths. She brought them out to Katana, Harkot, and Shou. She then led them to her room and let them change. When they were all in warm dry cloths she took their old cloths and put them in the wash.
She then went and changed into warmer cloths herself and went and sat with Makoto in the hall. After a while of silence she sighed and put her head on his shoulder. "Thank you..." She whispered. "For coming in after me.."

(Sorry had to find someway to get back in. Oh and I'm using my iPod so I'm sorry it's all blah!)

Rigel led the way into a vacant bedroom and carefully helped Drew lower Kitsune onto the bed. "You two, check the closet for dry clothes," he instructed, glancing at Siobhan and Hajime. "And can you see if there's any first aid equipment in the bathroom...Get some water to clean the wound as well," he added to Jase. "Drew, help me get him out of these wet clothes, but be careful. Don't move his neck...We'll need some-" He stopped and smiled with relief. On the bedside table there was a pair of scissors. They were rusty from lack of use, but they would still work. He picked them up and began to cut through Kitsune's shirt.

Hajime opened the closet, brushing a couple of spiders off the pile of clothes inside, and rummaged through it to find something easy to put on.

 

Hana sat down beside Natsume and Rachel, brushing the wet hair out of his son's eyes, but his smile was sad. He really did wonder how long they would be able to stay there. Lightning had made it sound so simple; but they had no food; no way of keeping Natsume and Rachel safe. They had been caught here before, what was to stop it happening again? Surely someone from the hospital would come looking to make sure they were dead. And what would happen to the children then?

Natsume frowned in his sleep and buried his face into the cushion on the couch, and Hana placed a comforting hand on his back. "You know, you don't have to sit all the way over there," he said quietly to Jake. "Rachel's your daughter too, isn't she?"

 

Once he had dry clothes, Shou made his way back downstairs, stopping momentarily to look into the bedroom Kitsune had been taken to. He couldn't help feeling a little guilty. If he hadn't collapsed back at the river, he would have been able to help, and maybe Kitsune wouldn't have been injured. He sat in the hallway with Kit, Katana and Harkot, and silently played with the long sleeves of the oversized jacket he was wearing.

But no sooner than he had sat down, the door burst open again, and Krista and Gem marched into the house. Gem released Krista's hand, avoiding eye contact with the others. "There," he muttered, closing the door behind them.

Shou narrowed his eyes. "What are you doing here?" he asked quietly, his tone more confused than angry. "Xavier died because of you, and Kitsune might die too. Why did you try to kill us? You shouldn't be here, you're just going to make everyone angry and someone else will get hurt."

Gem stared at the floor, clenching his fist and resisting the urge to turn and run from the house; Krista would just follow him if he did, and he'd have to drag her back inside. "Kitsune?" was all he could say, his voice brimming with guilt. "Is he-"

"He's upstairs, but they wont want to see you," Shou interrupted.

But Gem didn't care any more. He ran to the stairs and up to the bedroom the noise was coming from, indicating several people were inside.

Lightning took the clean dry clothes down the stairs and threw some in Hana's direction "It wont fit,but it's better than nothing till we can dry out their clothes." She mentioned as she tended to Rachel, taking her wet clothes off and replacing them with the over-sized jumper and a pair of shorts that still dragged along the floor when Rachel stood up. She brushed the hair out of Rachel's face and so it wasn't all everywhere. She'd have tied it back but there wasn't any hair ties lying around. 

Siobhan held up a pastel blue strapless dress. "Not ideal, but easy to put on, you just pull it up..." Siobhan whispered to Hajime, trying not to burst out laughing from the fact she was telling them she would put Kitsune in a dress because it was the easiest thing to do. 

Drew nodded and helped Rigel cut and pull the clothes off without moving Kitsune too much, it was a difficult practice, but he had to do it, for Kitsunes sake. He tried to push the tears back, but seeing him lying there... "Rigel... How are we going to get him to the hospital without everyone else getting into trouble or worse aswell..." Drew asked, trying to hide the thick lump that resided in the back of his throat. 

Krista glared at Shou. "Shou! You shouldn't speak to people like that, it's not his fault he was brainwashed!" She shouted and stood a little defensively just slightly in front of Gem, she wasn't going to let anyone hurt him.. but before she could do or say anymore he had rushed upstairs to find the Kitsune boy, Krista ran after him, just to make sure he would be okay. They might hurt him, but they wouldn't kill him...would they?

Jake looked at Hana.. "Yeah..she's mine, but Lightning isn't going to let me get anywhere near her..." Jake mumbled back just as Lightning walked in and redressed Rachel. He hated that Rachel probably wouldn't be as close to him as she would be to Lightning. But he saw the way Hana had looked at her earlier. 

Jase nodded and went into the bathroom to find some first aid supplies, he brushed away the dust and cobwebs and pulled a green box with a white cross on it and opened it up, inside there was surgical wipes, plasters, bandages and all other sorts of creams, and other things one would find in a first aid box. He smiled at his find and returned to the other room.. "I think this box will suffice all the medical needs we can provide..he needs a hospital unfortunately...." Jase commented as he walked back into the bedroom.

Shou frowned as he watched Gem and Krista disappear upstairs, then he got to his feet and marched into the living room to escape the shouting that would surely follow. He sat down in the chair beside Jake's and half listened to the conversation.

Hana had opened his mouth to reply, but Lightning had re-entered the room before he could suggest Jake spend some time with Rachel before she returned. "Thank you," he said gratefully to Lightning, changing Natsume's clothes as carefully as he could, attempting not to wake him. But as he pulled the long T shirt over his head, recognizing it with a pang of sadness as one of Hotaru's, Natsume's eyes flickered open and he began to shiver.

The first thing Natsume did was look around frantically for Rachel, but once he found her he settled again, and stared up into Hana's eyes.

"It's all right," Hana assured him. "You can go back to sleep if you want."

Natsume gave him a small smile and rested against his chest as Hana rolled up his sleeves.

 

Hajime raised his eyebrows at Siobhan. "They'll think we're making fun of the situation," he pointed out. But he took the dress anyway and handed it to Rigel, blushing slightly. "It will be easiest to put on," he mumbled.

Rigel just nodded, barely glancing at the absurd garment. "Thank you," he said to both them, and Jase as he walked back into the room. "We'll have to take him to the hospital once we've bandaged him up and checked him for more injuries," he agreed. "But these will help a lot." He had tried to avoid Drew's question up until that moment, but he couldn't put off answering any longer. As he put the dress beside Kitsune to put on once he was sure there were no more serious injuries, and pulled the surgical wipes from the first aid box, he sighed. "I'll take him," he said quietly. "He'll be safe as long as he's in hospital. If you keep an eye on the place you might be able to bring him back here when he wakes up...I'll assure them Kitsune and I were the only survivors, so you wont be in any danger." It seemed like the right thing to do. He was about to continue, but he froze with his hand just above the wound on Kitsune's head, when Gem pushed the door open again, standing in the doorway with an expression of horror.

Hajime noticed the sudden change in atmosphere, and stood a little closer to Siobhan.

"Kitsune," Gem whispered. "Is there...is there anything I can do?" He caught sight of the first aid box, and quickly grabbed it, hurrying over to the bed. With one shaking hand, he pulled out another surgical wipe and began to clean a nasty looking gash on the side of Kitsune's chest.

Rigel stared, his expression unreadable. The room was silent, and the only movement was Gem's frantic attempt to clean Kitsune's wounds.

Gem fumbled with the bandages, dropping them on the floor and hastily moving to grab them again. A tear rolled down his face as he retrieved them, and tried to continue his work with trembling hands. But he didn't finish.

Without warning, Rigel reached down and grabbed Gem by the hair, causing him to cry out sharply with pain. He dragged him to his feet so they were face to face, and waved the scissors dangerously close to his neck. "Get out!" he hissed, his voice uncharacteristically deep. "Don't you dare touch my patient. You have no right!"

"I'm sor-"

"No you're not," Rigel snapped. "Not yet." He lowered the scissors and looked Gem up and down with disgust. "Look at you. Not even a scratch, when Kitsune's lying there, fighting for his life. What right do you have? If you want to help so bad, why don't you take him to the hospital, so they'll catch you and lock you up in that Hell hole again?"

"I will-"

"You're pathetic! Acting like the little victim! We're not falling for it!" Rigel dropped the scissors, and grabbed Gem tightly by the throat. "You know, I thought I was going to die," he hissed, tightening his grip with every word, until Gem's airway had completely closed up. "I was trapped in that bus for over a minute; my seatbelt had been tampered with, and I managed to escape solely on will power. You're the one who put us all in that situation. Give me one good reason not to kill you right now?"

Gem did not even attempt to free himself, or make any excuses. He closed his eyes, feeling more tears escaping him as his head began to spin. His legs shook, and buckled, and his hands stretched out in discomfort.

"Stop it!" Hajime cried out, his own eyes closed, and his voice shaking as though he was the one being attacked. "You're a doctor, aren't you? You're supposed to be making sure that guy on the bed doesn't die!"

At those words, Rigel snapped back to his senses and released Gem. He returned his attention to Kitsune, who was deathly pale, and breathing slowly. Without another word to Gem, he knelt back down beside the bed, and quickly got back to work.

Gem fell to his knees, gasping and coughing his apology over and over. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry..."

Kit had been sitting out in the hallway with Harkot and Katana, when she heard the commotion from inside. She got up from the floor and went in to see what was going on, she walked to the door of the bedroom and stood there looking in at Gem, laying curled up on the ground uttering apology after apology. Taking a deep breath she walked to him, kneeling beside him she put her hand on his back. "Come on. Lets get you cleaned up..." She said and then grabbed a pair of sweat pants and a sweat shirt from the closet. She helped him to his feet and then into the bathroom, she could feel the dagger being thrown at her back from everyones eyes. When she sat him down on the bath she went to the door and before closing it said, "I know for a fact everyone here has a past they are not proud of. Someone had to help you through it right..." She looked at Hana remembering all the times he had helped her become better and how she had helped him. Then she turned and closed the door behind her.

Rachel looked up when she realized Natsume was awake, and she was about to say something when she heard shouting coming from up there. She left Lightnings side and ran over to Natsume and wanted to hug him but he was asleep on Hana. "Mr Hana Sir, Lady.. are you going to take Natsoomey away...?" Rachel asked, in a slight whisper. Not wanting to awake the sleeping Natsume, or her mum feel upset that she was more worried about her 'brother' than her mom. 

Lightning watched Rachel as she ran over to Natsume and Hana when she heard the shouting. She wondered what in the name of all things holy was going on up there, but didn't think it would be a good idea to go and investigate. When the shouting suddenly stopped Lightning was concerned and decided to go and see what exactly was going on. 

Siobhan shook her head "They wont, if he's a real doctor he will understand what I meant" Siobhan whispered back to Hajime whom then handed it over and Rigel seemed to accept it no questions asked anyway. 

Drew wanted to not let them put Kitsune in a dress he didn't think Kitsune would have been too fond of the idea either. Then when Gem came over he wanted to be so mad at him for all of this... but deep down he knew how Gem must have been feeling, all his life the kid had been pushed into things he didn't want to do. He had been brainwashed and forced to "clean up" the hospital mess... just like he had done his whole life before he met Kitsune. He couldn't bare to look at him and wanted to stop Rigel from hurting him, but in all honesty he was too ashamed of what Rigel would think, and what if he stopped helping Kitsune. That was his main priority right now.He would patch up with Gem after everything else was fixed. 

Krista came into the room just as Rigel had let go of Gem. She was so angry, she punched Rigel in the face and then in the ribs. "Don't you dare touch him. It isn't his fault" She shouted at him, not caring about anything else that was going on. She left the room and slammed the door behind her, following Gem into the bathroom with Kit. "I can look after him from here. He doesn't need you" Krista said glaring at the girl. She had become protective of Gem, it wasn't his fault and no one seemed to see that except her, and even Kit seemed to act as though it was his fault but it was okay because everyone did bad things. Krista was still angry from before. "Just leave already. Your friends are looking for you" she said with an aggressive tone behind her words. 

Jase looked at Rigel. "Rigel... I get it, you're mad at the kid... we all are. But killing him would have made you as bad as him." Jase said, surprisingly sounding like someone with any moral standing. Deep down though, Jase would have done the same, Rigel just got their first.

Kit looked at Krista calmly, "You need to calm down. The last thing everyone needs is more yelling and fighting. I'll get him cleaned up and then you can take care everything else." She could see the girl getting more and more angry and Kit didn't want to hurt her but she feared she might have to. 

"Listen if you make me I can get you out of this bathroom, but I would rather you leave on your own..." 

Uncontiously she reached to her check and scratched it some then noticed what she was doing and out of the corner of her eye saw Hana looking in at her, she slowly lowered her hand and clinched it into a fist.

"You're not going to make me do anything!" Krista spat back at Kit. She wasn't going to let anyone here push her around like she had done at home all her life. She could feel the anger rising up inside her. "Just leave him alone. He doesn't need you. You're just like the others, you think it's his fault. So just leave already and stop acting like the sly hero in all of this." Krista added, with an icy undertone, she hoped it hurt Kit. She wasn't there for anyone but herself. No one would have even gone back for Gem, and there were some who didn't get out. Kit didn't try to save them.

Kit shrugged, " your right."
She watched the look on kristas face change to one of confusion.
"I don't care about anyone here, except for Hana and Natsume. They are my family, but as long as you're here where I live I'm gonna make sure everyone safe."
She shoved Krista against the wall and held her there looking her dead in the eye and continued, "So if you have a problem with that just leave."
And with that she put her down and went back to helping Gem.

Clutching his nose, and hunching over slightly as he recovered, Rigel shot a glare at Jase. "I would appreciate it," he muttered bitterly. "If everyone would leave. Apart from you Drew, I need your help." 

He wiped the blood from his nose and cleaned his hands with a sterilized medical wipe, before getting back to work bandaging Kitsune's injuries. 

Hajime gripped Siobhan's arm and hastened back into the corridor without so much as glancing back at Rigel. "I'm glad we're out of there," he said quietly, looking towards the bathroom where more shouting was emitting from the open door. "I wish I hadn't waited to get Rachel and Natsume back from these people. We're probably going to get caught up in whatever happens next." 

 

Gem pushed Kit's hand away firmly, regaining some sense while the two of them fought. "I don't need any help," he said stubbornly. He got to his feet and started the bath, refusing to look at either Kit or Krista. "Why don't you two just decide which of you is getting cleaned up first? I'll wait. I won't be treated like a victim, or fought over." 

Folding his arms firmly, he started towards the bathroom door, still averting his eyes from their direction. 

 

Hana smiled at Rachel and considered putting a reassuring hand on her head, but decided against it. "Do I honestly look that much like a lady to you?" he asked. "I haven't had a chance to dye my hair in a very long time...And my chin feels like sand paper. I hate it when that happens." He laughed. "I guess it's my natural look." 

He looked down at Natsume, who was settling back into an uneasy sleep. "I have no intention of taking him away from you," he promised. "But whether we're able to stay together really depends on what your mother wants to do."

Drew nodded and stayed by Kitsunes side, even if Rigel had told him to leave, he wouldn't have left. There was no chance of that happening. He just wished Kitsune would wake up and that everything would be okay. Drew felt useless really, he hadn't been much help, and deep down he felt bad for Gem. It wasn't his fault, he'd been brainwashed, and the others hadn't noticed it. 

 

Siobhan left the room with Hajime. Hearing what he said she realized he was right. "Maybe we should go get them and leave.." Siobhan whispered so that no one else could hear them. Neither of them really knew if these people were stable or not and by the way the events had unfolded just then, it didn't seem so. They headed back down stairs, looking for Natsume and Rachel. 

 

Rachel looked at Hana "I think, it's more because you have a girls name." she replied. When she heard that he wasn't going to take Natsume away she smiled slightly, but then he had said it was down to her mother. "Mummy wouldn't take me away from Natsoomey though" Rachel added, knowing that if she tried, she would just go with Natsume rather than her mother.

 

Krista looked over at Gem, he was mad at her now, and she didn't understand why, all she had been trying to do was help. Why couldn't he see that. None of the others seemed to want to and Kit seemed like she'd get some personal gain from it.

"Oh, I see," Hana said with a small smile. "Well...my real name is Hisoka, but I guess that's a bit harder to remember." 

He caught Lightning's eye when Rachel continued, and couldn't help laughing. "She's inherited your stubbornness," he commented. "So, what can we do? Are you alright with being stuck together as long as we have these two?" 

 

Hajime followed Siobhan downstairs, attempting to devise a plan that could possibly get the four of them out of there unharmed. The only thing he could think of was feeble at best, but he had to try. 

As the two of them rounded the corner into the living room, he stepped in ahead of Siobhan with what he hoped was a polite smile on his face. "We were thinking..." he began, as confidently as he could. "You've been through an ordeal today, and you haven't been able to get properly dry yet or check any injuries you may have...We'd be willing to look after the two little ones for you for a while. There's a bunch of board games in one of the back rooms and-" He stopped, mentally kicking himself. These people had been here before. They seemed familiar with the house, and most likely all of its rooms. They would know if there were really board games or not. He just hoped now that there were. 

 

Gem didn't return the gaze. He walked wordlessly past the two of them and out of the bathroom, closing the door behind him.

Rachel smiled when Hana told her his real name. " Hiysokah?" Rachel said, trying to pronounce the name, with her childish pronunciation. When she heard Hana ask if Lightning would let them stay together she looked at her mum with a look of pleads, but then was distracted by Hajime. Rachel ran over to him and hugged his legs. "Hajime!" Rachel said excitedly, "I thought you had left. Are you going to stay here with me and Natsoomey, and mummy and Hana?" Rachel asked innocently, smiling at Siobhan, hoping she wouldn't be cross with them. 

 

Lightning sighed, "Me stubborn? Never" She said with a slight giggle, knowing she could be stubborn when she wanted to be, she was about to answer Hana but then Rachel ran off to the boy whom had entered the room and was asking something about board games, even though she couldn't remember there being any when they had lived here, but then again, her memory wasn't renowned for it's remembrance skills. Lightning looked at the boy a little worriedly, he seemed innocent and harmless enough, and Rachel seemed to know him from somewhere. 
 

Siobhan looked past Hajime wondering what he was going on about, but, she realized he probably had some kind of plan to get them all out of here. She smiled warily back at Rachel, who seemed happy and almost over excited, but that was probably the effect of childhood innocence. Siobhan wondered how these people could have been parents, but she imagined anything was possible. 

 

Krista didn't know what to say she glared at Kit. "This isn't over" She mouthed as she left the bathroom and went in search of some dry clothes that might  fit her. She didn't understand what she had done wrong. She wasn't even supposed to have been in the hospital in the first place. 

 

Drew had been by Kitsunes side the whole time, watching Rigel diligently clean wounds and bandage him up. All the while hoping he would be okay, that he would pull through and wake up. Drew's eyes were red, sore and puffy from all the crying he had done. "Rigel... how are we going to pull this off?.." Drew asked worriedly.

Kit had gotten cleaned up and was in the kitchen trying to figure out what they needed to make a big meal for everyone there, they didn't have much, Hanna and her usually ordered out. Sighing she closed the fridge and pulled out a pen and paper from the junk drawer, she then began writing down what they needed. after finishing the list she went and found Hana to tell him where she was going. He was still talking to someone and she didn't want to interrupt so she just stood at the door waiting for a pause in their conversation.

that pause finally came when lightning spoke to Hajime and Kit spoke up, "H-Hana?.... I'm going to the store, we need groceries. I'll be back soon to make soup for everyone..." she spoke softly not looking up once. She didn't know why but she didn't feel welcome anymore. She stood their her fists clenched so she wouldn't pick at her cheek and waited for an answer from Hana.

History- Charlie always liked to help people. When her mother got sick Charlie would spend a lot of her free time at the hospital. One day Charlie's mom took a turn for the worst, all Charlie remembers of that day was one of the nurses sitting with her as the doctors tried to save her mother.

Other- Charlie is the new head nurse at McLeans.

Personality- Nana is very quiet and doesn't really like people. She likes to be alone, although she is actually very friendly once she gets to know people. She is very protective of the people she cares about.
History- Nana was abandoned as a child and grew up in foster care. As a child she blanked out a lot. People always thought it was just a phase but as she grew older she began to blank out a lot. It got to the point to where she almost killed someone because she had no idea why she was doing and when she came to she couldn't remember any of it.
Disorder- dissociative identity disorder, DID
Other- Nana has other personalities, she just doesn't know it.

History- Terra grew up in a very big house, her parents were very wealthy and gave her everything she ever asked for. Terra felt like she had to be perfect for them. It came to the point that she had stopped eating and one night her mother walked in on Terra trying to purge after eating dinner with the family.
After months of therapy it was decided that Terra would go and live at McLeans to get away from all of the perfection.

После туалета пошла в ванную мыть руки. На одном из пальцев лопнула мозоль и сочилась кровь. Мне не хотелось рыться в чужих вещах, но мне нужен был лейкопластырь, и я открыла первый попавшийся ящик. И присвистнула. Между раздвинутых ног вонзается член, его пальцы обхватывают мою шею, сдавливают. Огненный толчок внутри, от которого плавятся все внутренности... Почему-то это кощунственное святотатство, кажется сейчас священнодействием. И завела беседу о роли муз, плавно массируя 2-й размер сквозь концертное платье.
