Most definitely worthy of being in the best art section.

For as long as I can remember I have been interested.. too far to remember if there was a distinct thing that happened. I was known for going through loads of those chuck away cameras when i was about 8, then I got a compact camera when I was about 12 and then I got my DSLR at about 14 and have taken probably about 20,000 photos or more xD. ( I know I have taken at least 12,000 with my DLSR because of the file names).
I just feel it is a brilliant way to express ones emotion and capture the world the way I see, or want to see it. I take my camera with my everywhere I go now and I cannot wait to get a car so I can drive around the country taking pictures. I lost about 5,000 photos from pre-2008ish because of a hardrive failure, but I have got a lot better since then anway

. I am currently putting together a photography book of my favourite snaps.

Would you like to be a professional photographer when you're a bit older, or is it more of a hobby?

In an ideal world I'd love to work for a magazine like National Geographic or something, but the chances are nigh on impossible xD. It's quite difficult to make it as a proffessional photographer, unless you do things like weddings etc.. but that's more customer demand whereas this is more art, so you'd have to get a contract or be amazing and go freelance. I reckon it'l just turn out to be a hobby though
