Good evening and welcome! The fact that you are here, trying to know what your children are viewing, the very fact that you care for them, is overwhelmingly encouraging. In this letter I wish to address your concerns about our forum; Emo-corner.

The purpose of this forum is to help your child 'fit in' with the people they deem themselves alike. We are a very safe community, and are here to help guide them through their questions and worries in just about any subject they will need. We do not promote bullying, in fact we're home to some very strict rules on our members behaviour. Every parent is anxious of their childrens safety online and we respect that - every member of our moderating team do everything to their ability in preventing anything that may be running through your mind. However, there is only so much we can do, and can not be held responsible for any form of harrassment off of this forum.

I, and the other moderators wish to create a safe and friendly environment. If you ever have concerns or questions, I would love to discuss them with you. We can all be reached on this site by PM. Below is a list of our forums and the moderators who run them.

About AlterNation
This is where moderators keep the members updated by making a thread on any new changes. Also find the FAQ section in this board.

Newbie Area and Member Profiles
This is a board to which we welcome any new members of all different backgrounds. We also have an "adopt a newbie" system running, where, if your child may ever feel lost or confused, one of our more regular members (of their choice) shall show them the ropes, and introduce them to others. A mentor, if you will.

The Hangout
The Hangout is a place for everyone to converse. You'll find topics on all sorts of subjects, everybody is free to share their opinion on anything that strikes them.

Help and Advice
Here, we offer guidance. If there is something troubling our members, this is where they will create a thread, ready to be given positive feedback (we can not guarantee this from everyone). If there is a disturbance in a thread, your child can use our "report" button, and the attention of a moderator will be raised. Forzare!, moderator dedicated to that board, offer you the chance to send them a private message, where you can receive private and confidential advice if you so wish.

Gender and Sexuality
Gender and Sexuality is all about helping our members develop an understanding on physical stages of life. We offer very helpful guides, and any questions your son or daughter may have - often being too embarrassed to ask elsewhere - will be answered. We feel it is important for everybody to be knowledgeable in this area. If they aren't comfortable asking questions on the forum, they are welcome to pm me.

Am I Hot Or Not?
This forum is more for our older members, or anybody who is lacking self confidence. Here you can receive fashion advice and tips. We are very strict on our rules in this particular area. If your child feels he or she is being pressured or bullied, they are more than welcome to inform the sub-moderator of this section, Noctowl.

Entertainment
Talk about your favourite games, movies, books and television series!

Media and Hobbies board
Everybody is welcome to share their own creation of poems, art and even photos. Constructive feedback will be given to help you improve on your work. Share opinions on music, games, and photography too.

Forum Games
Apart from our forum games, we also have a choice of role-plays.
