No need to get defensive over it. As anyone could see, I wasn't hating, but merely stating that since you knew of the existing thread, you could have posted there. It's not about being 'a leader' or 'a follower' as you suggested, but using common sense, following the forum rules and not trying to get extra attention by making useless threads.

We have a whole section where the rules are posted. I guess you didn't read through them when you signed up. Yes, I'm slightly more pleased now.

I'm not making anyone feel bad. Your attitude needs adjusting. You knew there was a thread for song lyrics already in the music section, and you don't seem to care. It would have been different if you made a game out of it, or you didn't know such a thread existed. But you did.

Okay well I'm going to be mature (because that is how I am, you're kinda judging too fast because you do NOT know me at all) and sincerely apologize. Like I said, I didn't even know that there are rules. I'm not getting defensive because, like I also said, people have different opinions and if that's yours that's fine, I don't care. I just don't think that you should be so immature as to totally rub in someone's face like that. But really, that's whatever too, I don't really care. And I didn't know that what I did was such a big deal, but now I do and it won't happen again. I'm apologizing because I didn't want this getting out of hand or anything stupid, and I don't really want anyone hating me. Let me rephrase that, I don't care what you guys think of me, I just don't want anyone hating me for the wrong reasons. If you're gonna hate me, hate me for me not for my mistake I unknowingly made. Or for the band I like
