I come home after a hard day at school. I go through the usual. My mom is yelling at me to do the chores I forgot to do this morning, and I'm craving to devour the skittles sitting under my bed. They've been there for a while, and its hot in my house...They probably aren't good anymore. My mom tells me she has to run to the store grab groceries for dinner. Soon after she leaves, there was a knock at the door. I didn't know someone was going to come over today. No one said anything about it...I open the door and.....

Ok, this is a new type of Role Playing Game I guess. You still get to choose what goes on, but you write it like a story. In other words, you can read what the person before you wrote, and then write based on what they typed. When this thread is done, we will have a giant story that anyone can read. This is a good writing exercise.
I will start.

It's my sponsor, Jonathon. Kind of strange for him to be here because I usually don't see him until Thursday nights at our meetings. I wonder what he wants.
"Hey, can I come in?" he asks, wiping sweat away from his forehead. "I have something I need to talk to you about. It's awfully hot out here."
I can't say I'm really looking forward to his company. I mean, yeah, he helps me through a lot of stuff, but he's always so preachy about it. Still, he said he has something he wants to talk about, so I can't just say no.
"Sure thing, come on in."
He comes in, and wipes off more sweat from his neck. God, I hope he doesn't want to shake my hand after this.
"So, what do you want to talk about?"

"Your principal called me today, Jonathon. The school found a stash of drugs in your locker."
"Uh, that's not mine, I swear. The stash belongs to my friend Jimmy. He told me to put it in there, and he was going to take it out after school."
"Jonathon, why would your friend Jimmy put his stash in your locker?"
I stammered a bit, the sweat beginning to dance down my forehead. I knew I was screwed, but I didn't want to go back to juvenile hall.
"Uh, why don't you ask him yourself? I have homework to do, Mr. Spencer."
"No, you're taking a ride with me Jonathon. You're in big trouble for this son."

I contemplated the possibility of telling Mr. Spencer some fib so that I can get out of this, but I knew that any attempt to do so would just incriminate me further. Ugh... I hate being in Mr. Spencer's car. I can feel his eyes judging me. But I don't think I have much of a choice. So away we went.
Mr. Spencer drove an Oldsmobile, which I found oddly fitting for him, despite the fact that he's only in his early 30s. I hated that car too though. It always smells like that new car smell that makes me sick to my stomach.
The drive over was painful as always.
"So... care to explain to me what those pills were doing in your locker?"

"Um.....they...they belong to me, Mr. Spencer."
"Jonathon, why would you lie to me then? You know I would find out sooner or later, anyway."
"Well.....Jimmy would have lied too. He is my bro. He'd lie for me. That's what friends do, Mr. Spencer."
"So, you would let your friend take the rap for you?'
"He's never been in any trouble. Principal Sanders would have let him off easily....besides Sanders isn't mean for shit."
"Jonathon, watch your language."
Now I know why I didn't like being in his car.

The abrupt stop at the stoplight made the humidity hang even lower in the car. He didn't look at me, his sight dug deep into windscreen, dirty as ever. Ahead, the road looked as if it was melted by the sun, moving like Jello.
The sweat ran down his red, sunburnt neck. Why was this bothering me? It was hot out, but he seemed troubled, concerned. Was he concerned for me? I don't believe he cares, he was probably worried he'd land his ass in prison.
"Don't tell me what to do, you ain't my father," Damn, I should shut up, I'm already in trouble.
His response didn't come as I'd expected, no - his response didn't come at all.
Then my head rang back to earlier today. How the hell did I forget those stupid pills?

It scratched and bit Mr. Spencer as he frantically tried to throw it off. The car swerved off the road, the raccoon flung himself back out the window, and the car slammed into a tree.
Mr. Spencer's head cracked against the dashboard as the airbag deployed, leaving blood slowly trickling from his head. The windsheild shattered and glass sprayed everywhere.
Shaking something awful, i hurriedly unbuckled my seat belt and stepped out of the car into the blazing sun. I ran to the other side of the car and yanked Mr. Spencer's door open, only to have him slump half way out of the car, held in only by his seat belt. His eyes were open and glazed, and Mr. Spencer was dead.
I stared at the busted Oldsmobile for a moment, just staring...wondering how...wonder why...trying to figure out where we were. As far as my eyes could see in every direction was sand. Cactuses, sand, trees, and more sand. The sun was brutal on my back, piercing my with its heated accusatory glare. Frantic, i reached for my sweatshirt and dug in the pockets for my cellphone. That i did not find, but a baggy of blue pills i did. i hadn't left them in my locker at all. But then why haad Mr. Spencer said i had? Why had he driven us out into the middle of nowhere?

But there was no-one to respond. No-one to even hear.
I just stood there with the pills in my hand and Mr.Spencer at my feet.
I had to do something, something to get out of this damned town...
