Since someone brought up feminism, I'd like to just rant about something that annoys me. I hate it when people assume because you're a feminist you're crazy. Being a feminist is simply standing up for women's rights, which doesn't necessarily mean 'OHMWGAWD I HATE DICK'. No, just no. It doesn't mean that you're jumping on the bandwagon for defending women over every minuscule thing either.
Having said that, I hate women who pull the gender card in situations. Like 'I'm a girl! He can't say that to me! Or treat me like that!' You act like a dick, you get treated like one. Suck it up.
I agree. Especially with the last part. -.-U Those girls who use
being female to get what they want/get away with things, deserve to be punched in the face repeatedly. ¬_¬
OT: I think I have a majorly
old fashioned view on sex as a whole. I used to say, all the time, that no one, even gay people, should have sex until they're ready to look after a baby. Since that is the whole point of having sex in the first place. Can't deal with the responsibility, don't do it, etc.
But, I don't judge as
bad as that, anymore. I can't stand people who will go around doing it with loads of people and bragging about it, though. Those people deserve those labels. So do people who think it's ok to cheat. I also despise
people who think it's bad, or 'lame' to still be a virgin, especially at a ridiculously young age. I'm 20, and I'm a virgin, and very
proud of it...If I was the bragging sort, I would probably brag about it. XD I intend to stay this way forever. Anyone who sees that in a negative way is an idiot. I mean those stupid enough to be all: "LOL. Ur still a virgin. I've dun it wit lyk 200 pepol." ^w^ Enjoy the STDs @ those people.
Anyways...I remember some girls at my school. One of them was actually my 'friend'. She went out with a different boy every week, faked pregnancy, told everyone the...details. *Shudder.* etc. I'd give her that label. (Another friend was a bit like that too. But not as bad. She kept it all to herself, at least.) Another girl, I HATED. She...apparently had a lot of abortions while still at school. I heard her talking to one of her friends about one. Which meant she was pregnant at the time, and planning to murder the baby because she couldn't keep herself away from boys. I don't doubt she had other abortions...Considering how hard it will be for me to have a baby, I CAN'T STAND it when people think it's ok to go around having sex, then being all: "I don't want this so I'm going to kill it." ¬_¬ Maybe my way of thinking is a little selfish, too, but I don't care. I still can't stand it.
And of course boys. They're just as bad, or maybe even worse because they feel they have the right to brag about it, while dragging girls down.
-.-U In short, if people are going to do it, it should be with one person...At a time, if they end up breaking up, obviously. But in relationships/protected/and absolutely no one else on the side.
...I'm not a judgemental person, really. I know those people are...hopefully the minority, and, unless it was someone who was having abortions all the time, it wouldn't stop me being friends with them, and, as long as they didn't try to talk to me about it, I wouldn't think any less of them for it. It would probably be harder to respect them properly, though. ^I ""'d one of the friends up there, because she never really liked me, and I never really liked her. We just hung out with each other because we had the same other friends. I also don't go around calling people those labels. *Can't even type them.* XD Because it isn't my place to do so. But, like everyone else, I have my own image of what it takes to be one of those people...if that makes any sense at all.
XDDDDD I say I'm not judgemental...but I was watching a show on Nickelodeon. -.- iCarly...Because it was on, and I was bored, and when the 'kissing' episode came on, and two of them hadn't kissed anyone before, and everyone else was all OMG LOL ROFL. And some 12 year old girls were even making fun of one of them. (WTF? People seriously kiss at 12? -.- Disgusting.) Anyways...The other one, who had kissed people before. It seemed like she'd kissed more than a few boys, and couldn't have been any older than 14/15. I waaas
a little grossed out, and almost thought the S word. -.-U Otherwise...I'm not judgemental. >.<
