Imagine if you could bring back those who have died. Would you? Even if the only way was through a suspicious, ouija board-like ritual, brought to you by a man claiming to be the devil? If there were rules you HAD to follow to avoid total disaster? If you knew that to keep them alive, and sane, you had to go out and kill the loved ones of others for them to feed on, possibly creating an endless cycle? If you had absolute control of their minds, and their actions?
Maybe you don't love that person at all. Maybe you just want absolute control over someone. Someone no one would miss if you had to dispose of them in the end, because they're already dead. Imagine that power? Being able to get rid of all your enemies without a trace, using someone who could never possibly be suspected of the crime, because everyone believes them to be six feet below the ground. Maybe it isn't the killing you're after. You could have your own personal assistant. Someone who will clean, and cook, and do all your work for you without a single complaint. So what if they were a real person once? Do they really think and feel for themselves anymore?
This is the power given to a select few this 'devil', as he calls himself, has deemed interesting enough to receive it. These people are given the opportunity to bring back ONE person from the dead. A loved one. Or maybe even a stranger. For their own personal use. The 'zombie' will do the bidding of the one who revived them; listen to every command, and follow obediently. However, there is a flaw. Apart from looking exactly like their former selves revived. (Except, all zombies have light blonde hair and turquoise eyes.) And apparently act and speak the same way, with the same intelligence level as before, they ARE still zombies. They need to feed regularly. And their food is live humans. They must consume the entire head of their victim, and usually eat the entirety of the body anyway, otherwise the victim will revive as a zombie as well...But one not so easily controlled. Those bitten, or only slightly eaten will die almost instantly, and revive as the typical zombie seen in zombie apocalypse movies. From there, they will spread until stopped by force. Their heads must be completely destroyed.
If one brought back from the dead isn't fed regularly enough, their eyes will turn completely black, and their skin and hair will turn paper white, their dark vains visibly protruding from beneath the rapidly thinning skin. Then, they will lose their minds, and break the control, going out and taking a bite of anyone they wish, even their own loved one.
So, feeding them. And killing to feed, is unavoidable. And there is no end to it. Like any other zombie, they meet their end when their head is destroyed.
Plot:
After reviving the person of their choice, the chosen ones must try to maintain the zombies needs, and try to continue life as normal...Either that, or use the zombie for their own gain. They will become aware that others may also have gained this power. Maybe more people will start to 'vanish', or a stray zombie will cross their path, after not been taken care of properly, and they will be forced to kill it before it spreads the virus. Or maybe another will target their life in order to feed their zombie, or vice versa.
And, maybe they will choose to befriend the other person, who obviously understands their situation. Or, they could attempt to kill them and their zombie, not trusting them to dispose of their victims heads properly. Either way, their fates will draw them closer to each other.
But, inevitably, the virus spreads somehow, and the number of wild zombies grows out of control. The chosen ones are left with the realization that they have done wrong. One can NEVER be brought back from the dead, no matter how much they wish for it. The zombies are suffering with the guilt of having to kill to maintain their sanity. And what is a life if it is completely controlled by another? Are they really themselves? Even if they smile and seem happy, they are trapped in constant agony of not belonging in the world of the living anymore. They will never age, or be able to continue a normal life. They are unable to sleep, or feel warmth; they are icy cold. And there is always a certain sadness in their eyes.
Bringing them back was cruel. And the only way to right the situation, is to kill off ALL the zombies. Including them.
Rules:
Everyone should know basic rp rules by now...But...
1) No Godmodding. Your zombie does NOT have super human strength. So don't pretend it can kill everything easily.
2) Don't kill anyone elses character without permission.
3) If you wish to leave the rp, make sure your characters are killed, or gone away somewhere if you think you might return.
4) Violence/romance is encouraged. But don't go overboard.
5) Try to keep little pointless scenes short, and to the minimum.
6) Use correct spelling/grammar/punctuation. Typos are inevitable, but dnt typ lyk dis all da tym.
7) No attention seeking. Let other people in the spotlight and don't ignore their plot twists. There is NO main character. They are ALL potentially as important as each other. And don't go injuring yourself every two seconds, or make your character have to be rescued all the time.
8) Don't get everyone stuck in a situation only you can get them out of, then stop posting.
9) No one liners. Try to make ALL posts contribute something useful to the story. If you have writers block, the posts can be short. But not RIDICULOUSLY short.
10) This rp is supposed to be sad, so have as many tear jerking scenes as you wish, but don't go overboard with it. And don't try to be too funny either...Of course, there will be a lot of horror/action with the zombie splatting too. That is encouraged.
11) ^w^ Have fun.

You can have as many characters as you can handle. But try to keep it in the single digits. Don't have like 20.
Name: Futago Kagami.
Age: 19.
Appearance:
Reason for bringing back deceased: When he was 12 years old, he and his twin brother were left alone in the house one night when their parents went out. Later that night, when the twins were asleep, the house caught fire. No one knows what caused it, but Futa blamed himself, as he remembered seeing a lit candle in the living room, and couldn't remember whether he blew it out or not. One of the neighbours was able to throw a ladder across from his bedroom window to Futa's bedroom window, and climb across to pull him out of the smoke filled room. However, when he went back across to get to Gem's room, the corridor separating the rooms was thick with flames, and he was ordered by the fire fighters to leave the house. Although the fire didn't get into Gem's room, the smoke did, and he was suffocated in his sleep. He experienced no pain, but Futa did.
Futa spent the next seven years re-living the night over and over in his head. Why hadn't he done something? Why had he just allowed himself to be rescued? He had to see his brother again, if only to apologize.
Zombie name: Gemini Kagami.

Real age: 19.
Appearance:
(But with turquoise eyes.) Living, he had black hair and brown eyes like his twin. The rp starts as the characters use the ouija boards they are given, at a cemetary, or by an urn, or a place where the deceased used to go, or where they died. You can start by them recieving the ouija board if you like, and you can include a flash back of how their loved one/person they're bringing back died. It doesn't really matter if the timing of it all adds up in the first post...Like if two of you chose the same cemetary to start in, but it doesn't happen at the exact same time. Just as long as the timing makes sense in the next post.
You don't have to go into too much detail of how the ritual is done.
