My parents found out about me being on ec.....and well...I could understand being grounded, but this?! Its like I'm a prisoner in my own home! My dad wacks the shit out of me if I say ANYTHING, my mom wont even talk to me. Instead, she sneers and bitches. They are threatening to put me a medicine so I will be a zombie. I'm not allowed out of the house, and I'm homeschooled, so I don't get a break. I cant even touch the house phone, I'm not allowed around other kids. My window's screwed shut, and ive never snuck out. I'm not allowed to read, write, sing, or listen to music. I have a camera watching my room. All I did was be on ec! And ec is what has kept me sane! I haven't lost it yet, but I feel like its going to happen. What do I do? I cant leave till I'm 18 because I'm adopted, and dad is hitting me hard. Hard enough to make my head spin....I have no.way to release my feelings and I'm about to run out of room to shove them back. And I'm seriously depressed. I haven't been told " I love you" and I havent been hugged in 2 weeks....I'm all alone....and all I do is cry....they made me cry in public....infront of.my nana....and just ignored me. What do I do? Advice, please.

wow thats harsh. just for being ona website? its not anything dirty. so i dont get it. although i pretty much can do what i want. as long as u have a computer u still have a window to the world. as for the hitting. i dont think thats really appropiate for a this situation. im sorry, hope they lighten up

forgot. advice. ummmm. well first, as for the hitting, im sure cps can help. as for the not loving and such, im not good at that. i've always had my music. all i ever needed. but. i guess explaining to them what u do on this site might.might. help them think u arent gonna slit ur wrist or kill small animals or worship the dark lord.

Nice parents you have there.

Go tell someone. A neighbor, a teacher, someone you can trust. This isn't normal parenting. Show the person the way in which you live and your bruises, etc. They can always alert Child Services. If need be, they will take you out of the home and place you in foster care or with another family member.

Ive ben in foster care before. And ive told people.the bruises dont help. Even my counceler thinks I'm hitting myself. thank you anyway....

Sorry, but I find it kind of hard to believe this. They don't let you read but they let you use a computer for whatever you want? Or to write? You can't have a pencil and a piece of paper in your room? I doubt that they'd be watching the "camera" all day long just to see if you write down a single letter, or to even look at the recordings eventually to see if you did something that isn't staring at the wall. If you've told child protection services what your parents have been doing, they are obligated to pay a visit or interview the parents. It's happened to me before, they must interfere because it is your safety that can be at risk, whether it's true or not, whether they think it's real or not.

That sounds terrible.. if the hitting gets bad enough they'll HAVE to take you out though, even if they think you're doing it yourself, probably for mental evaluation unfortunately
