It is indeed purple. and well all you need is hair bleach (powder and liquid) then bleach your hair, leave it on for NO LONGER than 45 Minutes. Then wash it off, it should go a bright blonde colour, if it goes ginger? that's fine it usually happens. and then once you've dried your hair put coloured dye on. although, word of advice, if your hair is extremely dark I wouldn't choose blue...it will go green. Just Saying, also the dye I used for mine was Crazy Color Purple. Something you should also note, It's not permanent dye, no bright dye is permanent, it will wash out in about 5 washes, so you do have to keep putting the dye back in, but the bleach will only need to be done again when your roots come through.

Ya know, I have to commend you. You took all those super shitty rude comments and took them to better your appearance. As opposed to most people who get offended and hate everyone because people don't feed their ego and tell them they're gorgeous.
