I think you can get even higher speeds if you pay extra. But Verizon Fios runs on a fiber optic system, making it one of the fastest ISP's in the US.

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO UPLOAD VIDEOS/LIVE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS

Takes me over two hours to upload a 3 minute video.

I felt your pain, it's a real bitch. At one point I couldn't upload songs onto Mumu quickly at all. I think a 3 minute song tok about 20 minutes to upload. Not to mention YouTube videos would always come up with an error about a minute in, rendering it impossible to watch or listen to anything.
