This site is and still is a forum site, they were trialling a shoutbox because they thought it might make easier communications and didn't think it would subtract that much from the forums. But it did and because people are idiots and don't monitor their behaviour when they are in the shoutbox and they didn't follow the forum rules, it was taken away.
Because of idiots, we aren't allowed nice things.

So tough shit what you want.

No its more like why does everything i say get read wrong.
I have offended people in the past, and not known that i have done it,
I have said things like , well its not my fault, and not known i have done anything to offend someone, and everyone in the class turned and looked and i was honestly like what?
