So hey guys, I'm one of your new Mods, now I know this section is very good at policing itself so that's not why I'm here. I'm here to help streamline this place, give you guys a voice to the big bad admin monsters (with +3 crippling strike on prone targets) and help build the games section you want (with a 7% chance to freeze enemies on succesful defense roll).
Roleplaying jokes aside, I know a lot of you have little interest in pen and paper gaming so I won't be pushing systems like that too much instead here's what I hope to do;
The Archive: To allow epic or even just prime examples of what to do or even not to do in roleplay I'm going to ask the Admins for an archive so we can keep the main page clear and concise and give you guys a nice place to store finished games. If you want a game to be archived after its completion, send me or Alex The Insane a PM explaining your reasoning for it's nomination and we'll put it to a vote. Think of it as your hall of fame.
Streamlined rules: The rules and code of conduct posts are all a bit of a jumble and fragmented mish mash of ideas some of which are repeated several times, I'll be coalescing these into one easy thread with specific clarification available outside of the main post. It will make it perfectly clear what we expect in terms of conduct and hopefully a reflection of what you guys like to see in other players conduct.
Mass Games: Want to experience some A grade world building with massive player free for alls? Every so often I'll be attempting to provide these based on whats currently trending within this forum; are sci-fi and pirate themes running strong? Then lets combine those elements into one super game. Sometimes this'll work, sometimes it won't.
Featured Character: Once a month, I'll be running a featured character... well feature, where you guys can vote on which character from a roleplay you'd like to ask questions too, that's right, not player, but player character. Taking part won't be forced, it's up to you to volunteer but when it's running I hope to make it a regular thing.
