Do you ever think that you may have been born in the wrong year?
If so, what year? Also, during that time period, what is one thing you'd do that you could not do now?

Personally, I think I should have been born in 1967. There's nothing i'd want more than to grow up during the 70s and 80s.
Oh, and i'd definitely go see Queen. I can't even imagine how awesome it was for people then to see Freddie Mercury live and alive.

Sometimes I wish I lived in the times of Alexander the Great, because of their different out looks on life and such.... Then I remember internet, tv and people I've met and I'm like "nah, I was born in the right time. I can lsten to the music of the past and also new musical pieces. I can also watch old or new movies"

I wish I was born in 1847. That makes me 23 years old at the outbreak of the Franco-Prussian War. Perhaps I would be serving as adjutant of some battalion of Foot Guards. Ideally I’d come from an East-Prussian Junker family with a military tradition going back centuries. I would have fought first in the Austro-Prussian War, gaining experience and maybe being wounded at Könniggrätz and decorated for bravery.

I would love to take part in the Battle of Gravelotte-St Privat, including the assault on St Privat village itself. Heavy casualties for us, but I don’t care. After the battle I would become adjutant at regimental headquarters. Knowing my luck, though, my regiment would have been kept in reserve at Sedan so I would just have to act as an observer. But at least we’ll reach Paris two weeks later and helped with the siege. And later, with some struck of luck, I would accompany a sergeant as my regiment’s representative to attend the ceremony at Versailles’ Hall of Memories and witness the proclamation of the new Emperor Wilhelm I of Germany.

After the armistice, I’d visit Paris and be disgusted by the French behaviour. When the suppression of the Commune rolls around in May, I’d just observe from a distance. As we all did. And then, at last, a triumphal march through Berlin!

In 1911 I’d finally retire from the army. As a general, of course. But with World War I breaking out, I’d return to active service to serve my country and would even become a field marshal and eventually Chief of the Great General Staff, i.e. Germany’s warlord. After the First World War, I would have become a symbol to many Germans of our country’s former greatness and become involved in politics. In 1925, I would become the president of the new Germany until my death in 1934, playing a part in the rise of Adolf Hitler.

I love how the blame is always on men. Often, sure men are stupid fuckwits. However, women are also stupid fuckwits.

I'm fine with the year I was born in, I had fun and my childhood was great. However, if I'd been born in 1990 instead, that would have been great. I would have been able to fully grow up during the 90's. I wouldn't mind changing my birth month, it's seemingly popular. I know at least six people who I went to school/college with me, who are born around the 23rd - 28th March, three of which are on the same day I was born. It made for a hectic month.

I think I was born in the right time. My lifestyle fits the year I'm in, I suppose, and I can't really speculate what it was like to live in another era. If I had to choose though, I'd probably choose a year where humanity hadn't explored around the world yet and the horizon itself was just a mystery. Mostly because I like to wonder and fantasize about the great beyond, which is hard to do in this planet when the answer to your question is just a website away.

I'd say Early-Mid 70s for Hardcore punk, but 90s were pretty GOAT for a lot of things, especially sports.

I don't know how well I would fit in with it, but I would have absolutely ADORED to have lived in Venice when it was pretty much completely ruled by Venetian families and at the height of the Doge. The Renaissance would've been pretty amazing as well.

I'm happy with the year I was born in. Then again, if both me and my sister were born a couple of years later than we did, our family would have been financially on much better grounds. We made it through, though, so I suppose it doesn't really matter.

AND the acid :3 the acid does anyone even know how to get acid anymore? fuck man :( and shrooms my friends did the shit most of my friends are my age but my bf is 29 my other close friend is 50 a few other friends are 30, 40 and 50 talking about days when the bikers where around and shit. I've always been a bit rebellious going to school showing off my g-string, my bra strap...and getting in trouble. Plus the fucking effing concerts I envy my mom and dad and somewhat my boyfriend. They saw heart, acdc, scorpions, metallica and blink 182 and the offspring and I just drool with envy when they tell me this. Sure these bands are still around but they are I hate to say it "older/old" so they don't rock out as much as before.

I should stop talking...I'm a mom XD wow....good thing I'm not as bad as I was when I was 15-18.

I'd like to see humanity's achievements 1000 years from now. If we survive that long, anyway.
