I just want to know how many people get bullied at anytime or anyplace. this is because on friday i got tied to a tree.

Pfffffft if tying you to the local vegetation is all your bullies are doing, you got nothing to worry about.

In my day they'd sucker punch coming out of class and then proceed to kick me whilst I was down... more to the point though, how does someone get tied to a tree? basic resistance is just to move your arms a whole lot, causing a massive struggle to get the ropes around them.

People tried to bully me through school, but I didn't really respond to it so they left me alone. That, and when cornered I fight like a madman. At least they didn't lynch you, OP.

People attempted to but I'd never just let people insult or hit me etc. Considering the people who tried weren't smart at all they weren't hard to outwit.

Was never really bullied all that much. When I was in elementary school, I did have a serious overbite which I did get made fun of for. Other than that, I was pretty much left alone by the bullies.

Bullying is bullying, does it really matter what form it comes in? 'omgz i had it worse than u when i was a kid' stfu.

Any way, there was only ever two encounters where people tried to bully me, once in primary school and the other in secondary school. But as they tried to bully/pick on me, I stood up for myself. I don't really abide by someone talking to me in a way I don't like. It was mainly a girl or two who had it in for me for some reason or other. For the most part, I was a bully to the egotistical and arrogant kids who went out of their way to hurt other people's feelings. I bullied the bullies, I guess.

I'm not going to lie though, it is genuinely the best feeling knowing you've hurt someone's feelings after they made your friend cry or upset someone you know. I did enjoy it at times, does that make me a bad person? I don't know.

Nope, I've never been bullied, not even slightly. Shocking as this may be to some ECers, I'm generally instantly well liked by everyone, and those that verbally bullied others, I don't really have the personality that can be easily bullied. Maybe it's also because I went to a very small private primary school with only less than 10 other people in my class.

I don't like it when people try to out-do each other with tales of how they were bullied harder. I don't think it's something anyone should have to put up with no matter how far it goes, and I just don't understand why you wouldn't just report it or stand up for yourself. Bullies generally seem to prey on fear and timidness in general, I think it's the kind of thing where they won't do it if they know they can't get away with it. They also generally don't seem to know how to deal with humour, ie: sarcasm, dry sense of humour, self deprecation, etc.

No. We never had any bulls around so bullying never really happened around here.

Yeah at my school there were no bullies. As weird as it sounds everyone just made fun of everyone. That's not saying we all hated each other. My school was sort of a joke school.

Yeah, I got bullied for two years in a row. The first year, I had no female friends, just all of the guys. The second year, I had five girl friends and six or seven guy friends in school, not counting my three friends at karate.

My school years were kinda bad til i realised I could just kick a guy through the door he was blocking. College was fucking dandy
