I'm planning to lose 10 lbs. by the end of summer.
Anyone else have weight loss or healthier living plans for the summer?

That's a great idea! I have been eating a lot of junk food lately but once my shoulder is better and I start working again, I am planning on going back to the gym and start back on healthy diet. Although getting back in shape will be a little hard since I have taken a month long break.

I want to quit smoking for good also I want to gain a little weight more muscle weight, my legs are really toned from all the walking, now I just want to get my abs back that I lost during my pregnancy. I also decided to cut back on my drinking a lot and my limit now is 3 beers where before I could polish of a 6-pack. I want to try and find a gym to go too and start getting some upper body strength.
Oh also I've read a few times that a way you can lose weight is by eating a lot of soup *mainly vegetable*. I actually read this research online but I knew this seventy year old man all he ate was vegetable soup all the time and he was in great health and he also had a decent body weight.
Just food for thought XD

My health plan consists of eating once a day. So far I feel like it's working.

I've read that before and I'm pretty sure that does not help.

I lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks with no excercise lol I think it's working. Plus I take multivitamins to make up for some shit and it's not like I get hungry all the time. I went one day with a piece of toast and jam. I've gone days without eating and only drinking waaaaay in the past, though I had a weak immune system because of it.

I plan on making healthier food choices.
I need to stay away from microwavable foods.

^ I tried that, especially with the lifting. That shit is hard.
I've given up on trying to gain weight, regardless of how much food I eat and the junk food that dominates my life, I just can't gain weight. I just lose a lot of it, mainly. So instead, I'm attempting to; get moar muscles, have more fruit and drink a lot of water. Also, try to have more food that has iron and protein in it, I'm sick of taking medication.
and I need to stop being a wuss with weight lifting. -.-

1. Eat and drink as much as I fucking feel like.
2. Zero exercise.
3. Cry about being fat. While eating a popsicle.
Oh wait that's what I do all year.

I want to keep continuing to gain weight. So far, it's working. I'm up to 155 pounds, from being around 141 pounds earlier in the year. I usually have trouble gaining weight, but I've been eating a lot more. Now that my pool is open, I want to do water aerobics. I'd like to get my legs tone a bit more. I'm also drinking more water instead of things like soda. And I lift weights 2-3 times a week. And I like to walk, so I've been walking everyday.

I already do light excercises a few times a week and I would like to increase this to every single day. I would like to continue walking (I already do a huge amount of it). I would like to build up to the point where I can take decent length jogs (although if the heat keeps up, no fucking way will this happen). I would like to lose fifteen more pounds and then maintain that weight.
I would like to try to keep my sleep schedule relatively regular--it isn't fantastic right this minute, I've been experiencing a bit of insomnia, but it has been pretty good the past couple of months and getting a good amount of sleep at a reasonable time makes me feel much better overall.
I'm also hoping that I can find more natural remedies for my aches and pains.

There was a plan to join a gym, mainly for spinning and fitness classes... That kinda went out the window when I discovered I'd be working a lot more than I thought (say, an average of 4/5 full days, not 3 or so as I thought), so I wouldn't really make it to the gym in time for the classes, and given how expensive they are... There was also plans to work out outside, but it's been one of the wettest June's we've had in forever, and so far July is no better.... right now my fucking front garden is flooded, bah.
I generally do eat quite healthily but I'd like to eat better when I'm in work. I also really need to start properly eating breakfast.

If all goes well, I'll be in Africa walking miles every day helping out those in need. I'll mostly sweat off any excess weight and gain a lot of stamina in the process.
