This happed when I was 15 teen. so I meet this guy. He’s in the army and he said he was 17 teen. Then we were for friends for mouth. Then we stared dating after about 2 mouths and he stated to ask for dirty pictures. I never will take a picture like that or never send a picture like that. so I toke a reguler picture it came out wrong my black pillow cover my red shirt and I send it. Then was like wait the picture looks wrong delete it he said he would delete the picture. so we argue for a long about it, then he said if you don’t send a real dirty picture I will put this on facebook then I stated cry so he didn’t put it on facebook. He said he deleted the because I beg hem to deleted it. Then he stated to send me dirty I didn’t want the picture, I told hem not to send me dirty picture but he still did. Every time I try to break up with hem he said something about the picture and I was scared of hem. so he got tired of me then he let me break up with hem. Long after I found out he was 24 years old.........I’m not going if I press charges on hem how long would it be because my dad said it would be 20 year at the low because it over state lines. But my dad don’t know the hole story. My dad just know he over state line, he's 24, he send me one dirty picture and he's in the army

I will try to help from what I can make out. From what I read, it seems that this guy pretended to be 17, convinced you to send pictures of your body, you didn't like it and told him to delete it, he said no, you argued, and now he's blackmailing you by using the picture. You told your dad about it and you're thinking about reporting him to the police when you found out he was 24.

I say go for it OP, but I really do doubt that they'll do anything unless they classify it as some sort of child pornography case?

All I got out of that is that you asked "how long would it be". Assuming you're asking how long he will be locked up, that depends on what the charges are the judge.

Shes obviously under a lot of stress which is why she is writting so bad. Basicly heres what happened. She sent dirty pictures to him not very dirty (as in no private parts) but still dirty. She's 15 he said he was 17, he sent her really dirty pictures (meaning private parts) and he said he wanted really dirty pictures from her. She told him she wasn't sure and she wanted him to delete the not very dirty pictures. He said he would time passes and he threatens her with them. Then every time she tries to break up with him he tells her that he will show everyone those pictures on facebook making her cry/panic. Now he finally decides to break up with her and she finds out hes 24.

So heres a couple of things you should note. A ) He (24) sent pictures of his private parts to a minor (15). B ) He blackmailled her C ) He kept asking to get pictures from her (trying to force her... im not sure if this ones a legal offence though). Now she wants to put him in jail but not a life sentence (because she probably still loves him in some way). So the question becomes what does she do? Does she tell the cops everything? If she does how much time will he get?

In my opinion I say do it... the guy sounds like a dick and he blackmailed you. You don't deserve that. Also if you want to find out how long he could be locked up for go speak to a lawyer he will tell you exactly how long he would be in jail for AND there is confidentiality so he can't tell the police himself.

You have to understand that this is not the case here bro. If you look at her past posts you will see that she types this way all the time. She's 16 already, it's about time she started to learn how to type if she wants to get good grades on her English assignments.

I know this is a serious matter but, the way she typed the story made me laugh. How do you type so horribly?

I'm not going to say much here because it's entirely your decision.

For starters

1. I know you're 15 but you should at least be educated or have a faint idea of the dangers online. For this instance an older man far away from you faked and got photo's from you that could be used as blackmail. Learn from this mistake and take note not to trust everyone online. If they can't prove who they and they act suspicious, get rid of them!

2. Your feelings got mixed up in this. It's nice to "fall in love" or like someone but if it's online and long distance at your age, forget about it. Your emotions as well as his peer pressure made you cave in to his demands. Online and long distances do work but it takes A LOT of effort to keep it going and in general it works for older people. There are plenty of fish in the sea.

3. If unwanted sexual content if sent to you REPORT it straight away and block that person.

First off, seriously sort out your spelling and grammar, you're 16 you should know how to construct a basic sentence and be well able to spell month.

Secondly, you were stupid to send him pictures in the first place, no wait, to even give him any of your contact details was stupid. I understand you're young, but it's not really an excuse, you should have known better.
Any advice I have is you either want to press charges against a guy you probably don't know his real name, he lied about his age so probably lied about being in the army so you won't have too much progress with that or you can take it as a tough lesson to not get into a situation like that again and to be smarter about who you give your email/phone number to.
