I had seen this a while ago, but forgot about it until a friend of mine reminded me of it today when he sent me an email link. I think it's a beautiful speech, though a tad bit contradictory in a few parts. I still think it's quite inspirational even with its flaws.

I don't tend to be a big fan of political leaders speeches. You'd want to hear the Irish ones... They're full of shit, though I do think Obama has always been a great public speaker.
My vote for the author of best speeches goes go Shakespeare. Especially Macbeth, but that's because it's probably one of my favourite works.
