What could these bots be searching for?

I doubt they are all bots but the ones that are bots aren't "searching" for anything. Most of the time they are just taking data so if you search something on google (or any other search engine) you will be able to find this website.

There are a lot of spambots advertising products and services that try to post here. Most don't make it past the registration stage, they just stall there trying to register then move on. The ones that do make it through need a post approving and they're usually immediately obvious when you read the post in need of approval.
