The Intersphere is a alternative/ pop punk/ progressive rock band from Germany. The members are frontman Christoph Hessler, guitarist Thomas Zipner, bassist Sebastian Wagner and drummer Moritz Müller. They have been together since 2006 when they met in a practice room. They have released three albums so far: S.O.B.P, Interspheres>Atmospheres, and Hold On, Liberty!.

Now for some music:

I've liked these guys for some time now, I think they have a refreshing, fresh new sound that really has a unique feel to it.

Eh, it's what the band labels itself as. I don't see the pop-punk influence either, but I didn't post every song of there's.
