^ I dunno. It's missing Absol, Mawile, Kangaskhan, Mewtwo and the Gen VI Pokémon. Why would they randomly leave those out?

Definitely looking forward for this!

Even though I think the story won't be as great as the predecessors, but oh well,

with the full 3Ds graphics and new Pokemon combinations & evolutions,

I think this game might even be the best.

Can't wait for that mega Blaziken!

Yeah, noticed that as well, but it's just speculation really. I think these were the pokémon that could've been used during the battle test with the demo version, I'm unsure.

Anyway! Here's a video showing how wi-fi combat will be:

(I love how it looks like when a pokémon faints, it looks more realistic when they get back into the pokéball).

There have been many mixed feelings about the Shiny Sylveon, Flabébé, Chespin, Fennekin, and Froakie that have been recently revealed in the past two days and I figured I would address this. Shiny Skrelp was from footage of one of the Game Freak's directors in a battle last week at the Game Show in Tokyo, so we can confirm that one is real. There has been a Shiny Gogoat mentioned and we can confirm that too is real as it was seen by Mr. Junichi Masuda who was demonstrating trading back at the roundtable event during E3 2013. We just want you to know that none of the others are truly confirmed as legitimate until the games come out. Photoshop makes it fairly easy to fake photos, as we've seen in the past. Going on my own personal opinion, I think they are all legitimate since there are thousands of people attending the demos, it's very possible that a few people got lucky enough to encounter a shiny and decided to post a picture online. What do you think? Real or fake?

Okay, so the shiny pokémon above are all fake, except for Gogoat and Skrelp.

Finished watching the new release of pokémon direct. Apparently all pokémon can have mega evolutions and in the new game, aside from choosing one of the first three starters, you also get to choose between Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur later in the game (given by the new professor). That's some pretty cool news! And to top that off, there will be two new features called Pokémon Bank and Pokémon Transfer, where you get to store up to 3000 pokémon online from older games. Exciting, yeah? These add-ons will be released later though (being available in the Nintendo e-Shop as a download) and they have a seperate and annual costs (seeing as it will be constantly updated for future pokémon games). It won't be easy getting used to all of these new features, but I'm willing to dive in and take the tides.
