A curse fills the Enchanted forest, where all fairy tale characters co-existed, either harmoniously or not so much. The Wicked Queen, had grown tired of her palace, there was no amusement left for her. So in her desperation, she sought help from an unknown presence, to help her funnel her magic into another dimension. With the use of magic beans, and water from the river that ran through the Enchanted forest, The Wicked Queen created Vonderland. Banishing various characters there, not caring who ended up caught up in her curse, she watched from her palace, through her magic mirror. Naming herself the Queen of Hearts in Vonderland, and hiding in a mirage. No one in Vonderland has ever met her. 

 

Our story begins, in Vonderland... as the Queen banished people to the land, what she didn't know was that deep down in the plane she'd built her cursed land upon, a whole community existed... and they weren't all very pleased with the Queen of Hearts' cursed reign. Some began to work against her, but those who were caught were sent to the palace and unseen again. There are some who are working on a way to travel between the Enchanted Forest and Vonderland... possibly even other lands which co-existed with their own. Only a few have the knowledge (or Magic!) to do so.

You can either be from Vonderland, or the Enchanted Forest. (at the beginning.. as plot develops there may be other lands.) 

Some characters have magical abilities, but these will only work within their alleged story. So for example : Maleficent has magic, however Princess Aurora wouldn't. Obviously, you can alter their stories, but not their magical abilities. (only because everyone would have magic then!) 

 

Rules For In Character : 

• Magic Beans are rare, and hard to come by. 
• The only way to travel between the lands is via a portal, which only very strong/powerful magic able-d characters would be able to activate.

RP General Rules: 

• Don't be a butt. If someone is planning something, or building up to something.. don't ruin it. You'll all get your turns to make cool things happen. 
• Don't type like a drunken monkey. Yes it's the internet, but we're all literate here.. or at least semi-literate. typin lyk diz ... is unneeded. 
• Don't kill off someone's character without permission
• Standard EC rules apply. 
• There's magic and cool things.. but don't be OTT with your power, because then it just sucks. No one is invincible, you'll all have some kind of weakness.
• Don't just randomly leave, if you don't want to be in the RP anymore.. kill off your character, or make them go somewhere, don't make yourself the centre of a plot then never come back. That Sucks. 
• HAVE FUN!!

Weakness: Cake from the Enchanted Forest would be like poison to Kitty.

Magic Ability: Has quite powerful magic, able to grant wishes/needs, but at a price to the other party. Known as a Deal. He also has the ability to spin yarn (on a spinning wheel) into pure gold. 

Personality: sly, cunning, heartless. but loyal to those who are loyal to him, kind, forgiving, but doesn't like to show human emotion. Very contradictory, but can also be very tricky when making a deal... however, honor and promise mean a lot to him. 

Background: Rumpelstiltskin was a kind man, whom loved his wife and son very much. However, a ferocious war struck the land, and all men were called upon to fight. Fearing for his family, he faked an injury (which he now walks with a limp) so he wouldn't have to die in battle. His wife did not see the good in what he had done, and fell to drink. One night when she was in the tavern, she was whisked away on a ship with the Captain, leaving Rumpel and his son alone. Rumpel swore he would never stop looking for his wife. The War continued with the giants and ogres, and when his son became of age (12!) he was called upon for the war. Rumpel could not stand to loose his son, so decided they would flee in the night. However, someone tricked them, and Rumpel's son was taken away from him.. for what he believed forever. The next day Rumpel swore to take his vengeance. Hoping to use the powers of "The Dark One" what he didn't know was "The Dark One" had been following him, and tricked Rumpel into stealing his powers by using a magical dagger, which killed "The Dark One" and transferred his powers to Rumpel. Years passed, and Rumpel finally tracked down the ship his Wife had been whisked away upon, and the Captain laughed at Rumpel, causing a fury, Rumpel in rage removed the heart of his wife, who said she never loved him, so that the Captain would know the same pain he had suffered all these years. In a blind fury the Captain took out his sword and attempted to kill Rumpel. Rumpel with one swift movement, cut off one of the Captains hands. 

Weakness: The Dagger with his name inscribed upon it, would kill him instantly, and transfer his powers unto the one who used it.

Ilezia was once very loved until one day in a freak accident she hurt her child sister and because of others was not able to save her in time. Her sister died, causing their parents to become very depressed. They ended up taking their own lives and leaving Ilezia to rule on her own. Soon after she took the throne Ilezia enslaved all the inhabitants of Annandale and a few of the neighboring villages. One day she found a girl in a village she was taking over, the girl reminded Ilezia of her young sister. She decided to adopt the girl.
After years of trying to brainwash the girl to no avail Ilezia locked her away and as the years went by the girl became more and more beautiful and Ilezia got older and older. When the girl reached her 15th birthday Ilezia called for her and upon seeing how beautiful she was Ilezia cast a spell on the girl causing her to lose all site.

A shard of crystal in her crown, if it is removed and plunged into her heart she will die.

Kitty yawned and stretched, even though it was mid-afternoon, she was only just waking up. Kitty wasn't a morning person and seldom saw the early hours. She slithered off the hammock style bed woven for her and onto the floor with a soft pad. Curling her toes around the carpet fibers, her long nails scratching through and catching on a few loose threads. There was nothing Kitty liked more than sleeping, and had she been able to, she'd have lay in bed all day. Alas, there was still things to be done. There had been a recent influx of visitors to her land and she didn't like it, especially since her closest friend the white queen had disappeared. Kitty longed to find her and see what had given this awful Queen of Hearts the right to rule upon their land with her strange ways and odd people. 

 

Mr. Gold finished cleaning the dust from his ornaments and trinkets in his pawn shop. He believed himself to be "an acquirer of strange and hard to find things" most of which he'd procured through very questionable means. He leaned on his counter and admired his handy work. The bell to his shop tinkled, informing him he had a visitor  or potential customer, depending on the mood he was in. 

 

Killian had been at sea for days on end, feeling almost like he was going around in circles,  but he'd never steered wrong before, so he couldn't understand how it could happen now. There was more to it, and he needed to find out. He eventually gave up and brought his ship into dock and began to tie it up. It wasn't often he set foot on land, but he wanted answers, like how he'd ended up in an entirely different place to how he'd began his journey.

Jess lay on the ground but she knew she was not in her tower, the air around her didn't smell the same, it smelled wet and almost like she was under ground, not high above it. There was a faint hint of rust in the air as well and she didn't smell ice or snow, just dirt.
She sat up, not bothering to open her eyes. Slowly she began to feel the ground around her, it was deffonatily not her tower.
She opened her mouth to call out but no sound came from her lounges. She felt around some more, hoping her friend was near by.
